Carnival of the Animals - Camille Saint-Saëns

William Tell Overture - Gioachino Rossini

Listen Up! is an educational collaboration between the Phil and Indianapolis Public Schools. The program uses videos and recordings of Philharmonic concerts to help teachers introduce 3rd grade students to beautiful symphonic music. At the end of the session, the all-volunteer Philharmonic Orchestra will perform a concert for students. The concert will include the music the students have been studying, instrument demonstrations, and fun facts about playing in an orchestra.

This spring, Listen Up! is being tested in 5 IPS third grade classes.
